The Weather Channel has been updating a web page every day highlighting the chances who will see a white Christmas this year.
With only five days left before Christmas, it looks like a third of the country has at least a 50 percent chance of seeing snow.
Most of those that will probably see a white Christmas live in the northwest and upper midwest, a few of the Rocky states and parts of the east coast.
Virtually all of the southeastern U.S. will not see any snow this Christmas, but you never what can happen in the next five days.
Check out the white Christmas 2011 outlook every day on the Weather Channel web site.
