Who Hates The New Google G-Mail?

I already hate the new G-mail interface so bad that I’m going to set up an e-mail account elsewhere.

It never ceases to amaze me when big companies like Google force something on the consumer, seemingly thinking that we’ll eventually come to like whatever stupid idea they’ve implemented.

What pisses me off the most is that Google didn’t have enough sense to provide G-mail users the ability to maintain the old version.

There was nothing wrong with the old G-mail, but now I have to basically teach the new version what to do. Are you kidding me? Since when is it my job to teach my e-mail account what to do?

The old version kept all the e-mails to a person or a group of e-mails for a topic together in one thread.

But now every e-mail I send or receive, regardless if I’m using the same subject, appears as a separate e-mail. Then I have to organize all of the e-mails into one category or delete multiple individual e-mails.

I have better things to do with my time than dig through e-mails, especially since I receive at least 100 every day.

I’d like to take this opportunity to tell my good friends at Google how completely ignorant the new G-mail is. Moreover, I’m not playing you’re game.

And it would be a good idea – something I seriously doubt Google is capable of – to allow the user to set up their e-mail accounts the way we want it.

At this time I will allow the numbskulls who came up with the new version of G-mail to kiss both cheeks of my ass.

Love,

MoonDog
